Keep Vanishio useful, respectful, and original.
Vanishio is a place for magicians to talk shop, share what they create, and help each other improve. These guidelines are here to protect that atmosphere without making the Community feel over-regulated.
Share what is yours
Original teaching and discussion are welcome. Stolen tutorials, paid downloads, and unauthorized copies are not.
Protect the space
No scams, spam, harassment, malicious files, account abuse, or attempts to bypass member-only areas.
People & privacy
Treat members like people.
Good discussions can be direct without becoming hostile. Keep disagreements focused on the subject and respect personal boundaries.
Respect people
Debate ideas without attacking people. Harassment, threats, hate, targeted humiliation, doxxing, stalking, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact are not permitted.
Respect privacy
Do not publish another person's private information without permission. Private messages should remain private unless disclosure is reasonably necessary to report abuse, protect someone, or comply with law.
Use good judgment
Disagreement is fine. Starting fights, derailing threads, or treating people badly is not. If a post adds nothing useful, do not post it.

Magic depends on creators being able to share ideas without having their paid or protected work redistributed without permission.
Share only what you are allowed to share
Do not upload, embed, link for the purpose of unauthorized distribution, or otherwise redistribute copyrighted tutorials, books, lectures, videos, downloads, software, photographs, or other material you do not own or have permission to share.
Original tutorials must be original
If you share a tutorial, it must be your own original video, images, writing, or other material, or material you are clearly authorized to publish. Give members a useful description of what the tutorial teaches. Do not repost paid or copyrighted tutorials taken from elsewhere on the internet.
Protect magic methods
Public Community discussions can be read by visitors without an account. Use good judgment with secrets and avoid unnecessary exposure of another creator's protected work or method. Forums that an admin explicitly restricts remain private.
Safety & integrity
Do not abuse the platform.
Anything designed to deceive members, compromise accounts, manipulate Community systems, or interfere with Vanishio is out.
No spam, scams, or manipulation
Do not flood the Community, post deceptive promotions, impersonate others, manipulate reactions or reports, run scams, distribute malicious links or files, or repeatedly steer unrelated discussions toward commercial offers.
Keep accounts and the site secure
Do not attempt to access another member's account, bypass permissions, probe private areas, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malware, automate abuse, or interfere with the availability or security of Vanishio.
Moderation
Reports are for solving problems.
Moderation exists to keep the Community usable, not to win arguments.
What moderators may do
Report problems in good faith. Moderators and administrators may move, edit, lock, hide, or remove content and may restrict or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Guidelines, the Terms of Use, copyright rules, or site security.
