Your account gives you access to member features. Keep it secure and do not bypass protections intended for members.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vanishio. You are responsible for information submitted through your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or two-factor authentication codes.
Community access
Public Community forums, topics, and replies may be read without signing in. An account is required to create threads, reply, react, report, watch, bookmark, or use other member features. Forums that Vanishio explicitly restricts remain private, and you may not bypass those access controls.
Acceptable use
Use Vanishio legally and follow the Community Guidelines and moderator instructions. Do not harass others, impersonate people, spam, run scams, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use Vanishio to facilitate unlawful activity.
Content & rights
Creators keep their rights. Vanishio needs permission to display what you post.
Copyright and creator rights
Do not post or redistribute copyrighted tutorials, books, videos, downloads, lectures, photographs, text, software, or other material unless you own it, have permission to share it, or your use is otherwise lawful. Original tutorials submitted to Vanishio must be your own work or material you are authorized to publish.
Your content
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. By posting content to Vanishio, you grant Vanishio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, back up, promote within the service, and present Vanishio. This license ends when content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup retention and content that remains as part of conversations involving others.
Site content and branding
Except for member-submitted content and third-party material, Vanishio's branding, design, original text, graphics, code, and other original material are owned by or licensed to Vanishio. These terms do not grant permission to copy or commercially exploit site content beyond ordinary personal use of the service.
Moderation and account action
Administrators and moderators may edit, move, lock, hide, or remove content and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce site rules, address legal complaints, protect members, preserve security, or operate the service.

Product terms matter too.
Details shown on a product or at checkout can add specific conditions for that purchase.
Store, payments, pricing, and orders
Store listings may include digital products, physical goods, services, or other magic-related releases. Prices, availability, product details, shipping terms, and release dates may change before an order is placed. When checkout is enabled, payments are processed through Stripe. An order is not accepted until payment is successfully confirmed. Vanishio may cancel or refund an order when reasonably necessary because of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or an inability to fulfill the order.
Digital products and physical goods
Product-specific license, delivery, return, and refund terms shown at purchase also apply. Digital products may be licensed for the purchaser's personal use and may not be copied, shared, resold, uploaded, or redistributed unless the product page expressly permits it. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, physical-product returns are accepted only when the product arrives damaged. Digital purchases are not returnable. Magic instruction, discussion, reviews, tips, opinions, products, and educational commentary do not guarantee a particular performance result, audience reaction, income, or professional outcome.
Service availability and disclaimer
Vanishio is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanishio disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanishio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may change when the site changes. If you keep using Vanishio after an update takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with them, stop using the site.
