Before you submit
The fastest way to handle a copyright concern is a specific report. Include the Vanishio URL, identify the work you own or represent, and explain why you believe the use is unauthorized.

Submitting a request
Identify the copyrighted work, provide the exact URL or enough information to locate the allegedly infringing material, explain your authority to act for the rights holder, and explain why you believe the use is unauthorized. Include any statements, identifying information, and signature required for the type of legal notice you are submitting.
Only submit claims you reasonably believe are accurate. Misrepresenting that material is infringing may have legal consequences. Vanishio may request additional information when a report is incomplete or cannot be reasonably verified.
Review
Administration reviews the reported material and the information provided in the request.
Administration may remove or restrict access to material while reviewing a claim, preserve relevant records, notify the member who posted the material, or request more information.
Material may remain restricted, be removed, or be restored when appropriate based on the information available and applicable law.
Counter-notices
If your material is removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, use the Contact page to request review and provide the information required for any applicable counter-notice process.
Repeat infringement
Accounts associated with repeated or serious copyright violations may be restricted or terminated when appropriate under the circumstances.
DMCA information
If Vanishio relies on the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act safe-harbor process for user-hosted material, the operator should maintain any legally required designated-agent registration and make the required agent information available. The site Contact page remains the normal on-site route for submitting copyright concerns.
