Using this website

These terms apply to your use of Vanishio's public website, guides, directories, comparisons and tools. Please read them alongside the privacy policy and affiliate disclosure.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not continue using the website. These terms do not replace the separate agreements you make with an outside service or restrict rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

Information, not individual professional advice

Directories and removal guidance

A listed link is a starting point for checking a provider's current instructions. Pages, forms, eligibility rules and identity-verification requirements can change after an entry is published.

Vanishio does not submit account deletions or broker requests on your behalf through the public directory or tracker. You are responsible for deciding whether to proceed, verifying the destination and reviewing the information a provider asks you to supply.

Before deleting an account, consider subscriptions, exports, purchases, recovery methods and any loss of access. Removal from one page or service does not mean all copies are erased or that information cannot reappear elsewhere.

Products, prices and external websites

Descriptions, comparison criteria, ratings and reference tiers are not guarantees or certifications. Check the current product documentation and relevant plan conditions before relying on a feature or purchasing a subscription.

Outside providers control their own websites, accounts, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds and data practices. A transaction with a provider is between you and that provider. Vanishio cannot administer or refund an outside subscription.

Browser-based tools and your saved data

The checklist and removal-request tracker are organizational aids. Completing a checklist task or marking a request removed is not independent confirmation that an account is secure or a record has been deleted.

Tool records saved in the browser can be lost through browser cleanup, storage restrictions, device failure or use of a different browser profile. Export any records you need to keep, and protect the exported file yourself.

Do not use the tracker as a password manager, encrypted vault or storage location for identity documents and sensitive personal information. Review the privacy policy for the distinction between browser-saved records and submitted messages.

Acceptable use

• Use information, forms and tools only for lawful purposes and for accounts or requests you are authorized to manage.
• Do not try to gain unauthorized access to administrative areas, accounts, data or infrastructure.
• Do not submit malicious code, abusive messages, impersonation requests or another person's sensitive information.
• Do not disrupt the service, evade access controls or overload forms and endpoints.

Reporting a problem does not authorize exploitation or access to someone else's data. If you find a security concern, send a minimal description through the contact page without including credentials or exposed personal records.

Content and attribution

Vanishio's original text and site materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Product names, trademarks, logos and referenced source material belong to their respective owners.

You may link to the site and use material where permission or applicable law allows. Do not republish substantial original content as your own or imply an endorsement or affiliation that has not been granted. Contact us about a reuse request or an ownership concern.

Availability, accuracy and limits

We aim to provide useful information, but content can contain errors and services can change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its tools are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or fitness for your particular circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, Vanishio is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on outdated information, an outside provider's conduct, or loss of browser-saved tool records. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer protections that the law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
